/ COMPUTER MUSIC
Closing date: 12 noon, Monday 9 May
2011
The Faculty of
Arts seeks to award 5 fully funded
full time research studentships in key strategic areas of the Schools of
Architecture, Design and Environment; Art and Media; Humanities and Performing
Arts.
The
studentships, funded for 3 years, cover Home/EU tuition fees and stipend in
line with RCUK levels.
Non Home/EU students are eligible to apply but, if successful, will have to fund
the difference between Home/EU and International fees.
The Faculty of
Arts welcomes proposals to study for a PhD at the Interdisciplinary Centre for
Computer Music Research (ICCMR). Please refer to ICCMRÕs
website for a glance at our research activity, but proposals do not necessarily
need to be associated with an ongoing project. We welcome suggestions for new
research topics, including those related to composition.
